I have worked with GROVETECH over the last 4 years and the company have worked within the school longer than that. In that time, we have had many projects and changes suggested by the company to improve both the administration and the IT accessibility for the children. We now have a high capacity of IT ranging from a suite to laptops and printing wirelessly. All projects are managed with complete professionalism and with the school’s working day in mind. GROVETECH continue to work for the school and strive to improve the quality of IT within our structures. We will be continuing our relationship into the future and would happily recommend them to other schools who want an efficient service with the customer being put first every time.

We turned to Matt and his team when we wanted a complete overhaul of our ICT, starting with a new ‘vanilla’ server. We have had the new Visitor System, Inscribe from GROVETECH for about 4 months. It is simple to use, simple to extract the information you need for fire registers and to create reports of signing in/out of all users.
Having a system that is simple to use, links with SIMS with GDPR compliance, yet cost effective, are the main reasons the school purchased the system. Further, the support from GROVETECH, when we have asked for adjustments to suit our particular need, have been efficiently dealt with. It has also reduced the admin work for the office staff hugely.
