Help Desk Consultant
Based at our Bromsgrove Office
Salary – dependant on experience
Due to business expansion, we are looking for an individual to join our busy company Help Desk with a mixture of front line support and also on site work.
The ideal candidate must have an excellent telephone manner, good patience and be able to resolve IT issues both over the phone and by remotely connecting into our clients’ sites.
You must be happy taking first and second line support calls. Someone who is flexible and likes an interesting and varied role within an IT Company.
Our company provides technical support services to the education sector and as a result a successful Enhanced DBS search must be performed on the successful candidate. Salary is dependent on experience.
